1.What is a DC Axial Fan?

An DC fan is usually powered by 3v, 5v, 12v, 24v, 36v and 48v. It blows air along the axis of the fan, or parallel to the track of the blade axis.   Standard DC Axial fan sizes include 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 92mm,120mm, 150mm,   and 200mm.

2.How to choose a DC fan? To choose a DC fan, you should consider the points below

3.What is a Bearing?

Fan bearing includes Sleeve Bearing and Ball Bearing, life expectancy of sleeve bearing fan is 30000hours, while ball bearing is 55000hours or more

4.How do we carry out quality control?

Usually, there are two ways to monitor reliability during the manufacturing process.

5.Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge for some heat sinks but do not pay the cost of freight.

6.Do you make customized products based on our design drawings?

Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients’ drawings.

7.Will my drawing be safe after you get it?

Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing.

8.How can you certify capacity?

1)we have a 150-people team. 2)we have 145 machines:CNC drill cold forging incise puch ect. 3)we have own anodized factory. So, we can ensure the production quantity about 10000 pcs/day.

9.What can I do if we can not find the suitable fan model in the fan list?
